Clark Pinnacle Assumes Management of Family Housing
Fort Benning, Ga. - Clark Pinnacle assumed operations and management of family housing on Jan. 1 as part of the U.S.
Army's Residential Communities Initiative. Families living on post can look forward to receiving weekly lawn maintenance
service and improved customer service, including accessible managers located in neighborhood management offices and
responsive maintenance crews.
"We're honored to have the opportunity to serve the military members and their families," said Pinnacle Investment
Manager Lon Sperry. "We are here to make sure their needs are being met."
Lawn Care
Clark Pinnacle hired Multi Family Services to provide residents with basic lawn care, trimming bushes and hedges, tree
trimming, edging and mowing once a week.
"This is a service residents seem to really appreciate," said Nathan Thompson, national director, Multi Family Services.
Included in the maintenance is the front and side yards of a residence, Thompson said, but not the back yards.
Maintenance Service
"Since Jan. 1, we have tripled the capacity of the maintenance phone line to handle the volume of calls we have been
receiving," said Sperry. "We ask residents to be patient during the first few months as we work to overcome a backlog
of maintenance service requests."
Residents can call the 24-hour maintenance hotline at 706-685-3929 for any repair requests. Response time for repairs
varies depending on whether the issue is considered routine, urgent, or emergency. For requests considered urgent,
maintenance will respond within four hours during business hours and within eight hours after business is closed.
Routine requests, which include anything from burnt out light bulbs to doorstops, will be responded to within a
three-day period once the current work order backlog has been completed. Emergency repairs will be responded to
within an hour, during both business and non-business hours.
Trash Collection
Trash service dates have not changed. Weekly trash pickup will occur on the same week day as before Jan. 1. Residents
should continue to use their current containers until receiving new 90-gallon trash containers from the contractor.
Management Services
"The neighborhood management offices are up and running, and we want to hear from our residents," said Sperry. Residents
who have not yet signed leases should also contact the appropriate office listed below.
